Dye-Bath Enzyme is an one-bath enzyme for both peroxide clean-up & bio-finishing. It is a compound enzyme formulated mainly on basis of cellulase enzyme. It can be used for combining bio-finishing process with peroxide clean-up and dyeing in a single bath to guarantee the good quality and reach the optimum cost at the same time. Application Guide 1、This product can be applied for different wet treatment processing, such as industry washing machine,jetdyeing machine, and other machines with strong mechanical actions. 2、After bleaching, adjust the bath solution’s temperature and pH for requirement and dose Dye-bath Enzyme, then running 20 min to reach the double targets of peroxide clean-up and bio-finishing. Spec:25kg, 50kg. 2.Paper-plastic laminating bags,Spec:20kg. Storage Enzyme is a kind of proteins of which the activity will be affected by high temperature and strong light. Therefore it shall be stored at 4-25℃ dry and ventilated place. Insolation and drench must be avoided. Shelf life Under suitable storage conditions, the liquid form enzyme can maintain activity at least 6 months, and the solid form enzyme can maintain activity at least 12 months. Expiration and or unsuitable storage conditions including high temperature will cause dosage increase. Transportation Enzyme is non-hazardous chemicals, which can be shipped as normal. Mixing and shipping together with hazardous and poisonous chemicals is prohibited. Avoid the direct sunshine and rain. Avoid stress, load and unload lightly. Attention Enzymes are proteins that direct contact will stimulate the skin, eyes or mucous membrane.
