Storage Enzyme is a kind of proteins of which the activity will be affected by high temperature and strong light. Therefore it shall be stored at 4-25℃ dry and ventilated place. Shelf life Under suitable storage conditions, the liquid form enzyme can maintain activity at least 6 months, and the solid form enzyme can maintain activity at least 12 months.
