It is a wide-temperature range desizing amylase researched and developed by ourselves. It can easily remove starch and other sizing from fabric, which have no any negative effect produced to fabric .

Product Advantages

Application Guide
Suitable temperature Range: 40-100 ℃, Best in 60-85℃
Suitable pH Range:5.5-7.5
Applicable processing types: overflow，jigger，hank，pad steaming,cold pad batch.
Incorporating non-ionic surfactant makes the using effect better .
The specific processing time and enzyme’s dosage is determined according to actual demand from customer.
Packing
For Liquid enzyme: PE barrel,Spec:30kg, 225kg, 1125kg.
Solid enzyme:
1.Inner packing is PE bags, external is paper drum. Spec:25kg, 50kg.
2.Paper-plastic laminating bags,Spec:20kg.
Storage
Enzyme is a kind of proteins of which the activity will be affected by high temperature and strong light. Therefore it shall be stored at 4-25℃ dry and ventilated place. Insolation and drench must be avoided.
Shelf life
Under suitable storage conditions, the liquid form enzyme can maintain activity at least 6 months, and the solid form enzyme can maintain activity at least 12 months. Expiration and or unsuitable storage conditions including high temperature will cause dosage increase.
Transportation
Enzyme is non-hazardous chemicals, which can be shipped as normal.
Mixing and shipping together with hazardous and poisonous chemicals is prohibited.
Avoid the direct sunshine and rain.
Avoid stress, load and unload lightly.
Attention
Enzymes are proteins that direct contact will stimulate the skin, eyes or mucous membrane. If there is such a problem, immediately rinse thoroughly with warm water affected area for 15 minutes. If you still feel unwell, please at once see a doctor.
