  Biological Pulping Enzymes
  1.Product Introduction
  This is an product of combined enzymes exclusive designed for pulping of paper making industry. Based on the modification reaction of fibre in the pulp, this pro use to comprehensively optimize production process of paper making, which can obviously improve the pilling and powdering(linting and dusting) on the surface of final finished paper, so improve quality.
  2.Product Benefits
  improve the final paper physical feature:via devillicate to let binding force between fibre increase, then improve the final paper quality.
  Reduce the pulping consumption:via shortening pulping time, reducing pulping electric current to reduce the pulping power consumption.
  Reduce the drying steam consumption, increase the speed of papermaking machine: the fibre drainability of paper will be improved so that paper is easy to be dried. Then reduce the steam use and enhance machine speed to maintain the moisture of final paper.
  white water system change to clean: via increase the adsorption capacity of fibre to reduce the tiny fibre run off, then water pollution will be improved obviously.
  Increase the machine running capability: cleaner white water system can reduce the slime pulp,then reduce paper break.
  3.Application Cases
  Case #1
  Raw material ratio: 60% broad leaf wood pulp(BHKP)+40% needle leaf pulp(BSKP/NBSK).
  Paper category: 18 g/m2 daily use paper.
  Test purpose: reduce needle pulp ratio, save the pulping energy consumption cost, and improve the softness and hand-feeling.
  Application Scheme:
  Dose point: continuous dose in the pulper using metering pump.
  Dosage: 0.10~0.12 kg/t oven dry stock/bone dry pulp.
  Reaction temperature:30~35℃ . pH:6.5~7.5. Reaction time:30~60 min
 conclusion:
  Pulping energy consumption reduce 20 kW·h/t, equal to 13~17 RMB/t .
  BSKP/NBSK ratio reduce 5.5~8.5%, and cost advantage is very obviously.
  Above basing reduction ratio 5~8% of BSKP/NBSK, finished paper tension strength still increase 5~10%.

  Softness obviously improved, and surface more fine and smooth, hand feeling better.


  Case #2.
  Raw material ratio: 65% broad leaf wood pulp(BHKP)+35% needle leaf pulp(BSKP/NBSK).
  Paper type: 17 g/m2  big roll daily use paper.
  Test purpose: reduce the pulping energy consumption cost, improve the finished paper tension strength, and improve the finished paper quality.
 Application Scheme:
  Dose point: dose in the pulper base on batch to batch.
  Dosage: 0.10~0.12 kg/t oven dry stock/bone dry pulp.
  Reaction temperature:30~35℃ . pH:6.5~7.5. Reaction time:30~60 min
  Application conclusion:
  Pulping energy consumption reduce 30 kW·h/t, equal to 18~22 RMB/t .
  Finished paper tension strength enhance 18~20%;
  Obviously improved pilling and powdering(linting and dusting) , finished paper quality enhanced.
  Pulping machine working load, abrasive disc wear, and so the abrasive disc change frequency reduced.
