  1.Product Introduction
  This product is a very exclusive special enzyme blend, have very good removal effect towards polyvinyl acetate which is generated by easily happened chemical reaction. During the processing, sticky particles are broken into smaller size and viscosity is reduced, so it can reach the effect of stickies removal.
  2.Product Advantages
  Improve paper product quality, effectively reduce the stain and broken of finished paper.
  Improve the productivity, and effectively reduce paper broken times and downtime.
  Save the fibre usage cost, and highly efficiently recycle the fibre.
  Save the cost of using chemicals-reduce usage of stickies control chemicals.
  Reduce deposit on the copper stencil, blanket, dryer calender roller copper.
  Lerkam stickies control solution can be applied for all paper type and system using waste paper pulp, and can be combined to use together with our resin/pitch control solution, to meet different customer requirements, including factory who use 99% recycled paper pulp, original pulp coordinated with recycled paper pulp, and factory who use commodity deinking pulp.
  3.Application Conditions
  Dosage: 0.2 ~ 0.5 kg/ton oven dry pulp, the best dosage must be determined according to factory’s actual specific conditions.
  Temperature:35 ℃~ 65 ℃
  pH:6.5 ~ 10.0
  Reaction Time: 15 ~ 90 minutes.
  Other attentions:
  1.Flotation cell/tank or clean water tank shall not have oxidizing agent residuals.
  2.This enzyme shall be dosed as earlier as possible during processing to ensure enough reaction time.
  3.It is very important to adjust and control pH before dose this product into pulper machines.
  4.Using this product together with aire flotation selection, and water purification system can reach the best result for controlling stickies.

  Data analysis: compared with blank sample, after enzyme input under the optimum processing conditions, turbidity of filter liquor and handsheet whiteness all increased big and the stickies content reduced also. Thus, this enzyme have certain reaction to stickies.
  5.Product Package and Storage
  30kg/drum, 200kg/drum, also can be tailor made according to customer requirement. Product shall be sealed and stored under 4-25℃ dry, ventilated, and cool place, avoid high temperature or direct sunlight, prevent from solarization and rain. Generally under the storage & transportation condition of meeting specific requirements, liquid form product has shelf life of 6 months, and solid form 12 months.
