  LEKenzyme lipase is the food grade enzyme preparation product, which is finely produced/refined through a series of processes include microbial submerged/deep liquid fermentation, ceramic membrane filtration, ultra-filtration concentration, and scientific formulation. This product hydrolyze the natural lipid to fatty acid and glycerol,etc, which is widely applied in production of bread and steamed bun,etc.
  Advantages
  With relatively strong PH value adaptability. All have comparable good use effects among PH range from 4.0 to 8.5.
  Thermal stability is comparable good with catalytic action performance between temperature range 30℃ to 55℃.
  The working condition is mild, and operation/handling is safe and easy. It is also green and environmental-friendly.
