      Product Introduction
  LK-D50 is a kind of protein hydrolysis enzyme which is produced and refined adapting excellent Aspergillus niger through liquid deep fermentation and advanced post extraction process. It used for beer industry.
  Reaction Mechanism
  This product react in the peptide bonds of protein molecules and hydrolyze the protein molecules into smaller molecules peptide and aminoacid.
 Product Characteristics
  The effective pH range is 3.0-9.0,but the optimum pH is 5.0-7.0.

  The effective temperature range is 30-60℃, but the optimum temperature range is 40-50℃.

 Product’s Functions
  Improve the protein structure in the barley wort, increase content of alpha amino nitrogen and stabilize the fermentation level.
  Prevent the turbidity caused by temperature change,improve the gel stability of beer and prolong the shelf life.
  Technical Indexes
  Appearance:LK-D50(A) is powder with color off white(lyard) or yellowish-brown(tawny). LK-D50(L)is tawny liquid.(There is a little color difference between different batches, but the difference does not represent the enzymes’ activity standard and does not affect the products’ using effect) .
  Protease Activity:≥50000 u/mL(g)(Activity can also be customized on customer’s specific requirement)
  Health Indicator: Implement the national standard GB25594-2010 《Enzyme for Food Industry》。
  Usage and Dosage
  Recommended dosage is 0.2-0.5kg/ton malt. The optimum dosage shall depend on the experiment carried by customer because of the difference of customer’s own saccharification raw material and process parameter.
  Add the enzyme direct or diluted with saccharification liquid at 20-30C into saccharification vessels at the beginning of saccharification.
 Storage and Shipment
  Products should be sealed and stored at 4-25℃ in shady,dry and ventilated place. Avoid the high temperature or direct sunshine during storage and shipment, and avoid solarization and rain. Mixing storage and shipment with hazardous and harmful materials is prohibited.
  In the condition of proper storage and complete unopened package, the enzyme’s shelf life of solid form is 12 months and the liquid form is 6 months.
  Precautions
  Enzymes are proteins. Inhalation of enzyme dust or aerosols can trigger allergic reaction for people with allergic constitution. Direct contact with some kinds of enzymes will stimulate the skin, eyes or mucous membrane. We suggest that workers wear clothes and glove with protective function and protective tools for eyes or face. If the enzymes comes into eyes,nose or mouth, immediately rinse thoroughly with mild water, and see a doctor if necessary.
