These enzymes can be directly or diluted used for the bio-polishing(bioblasting/biofinishing) process of cotton fabrics and other cellulosic fabrics, which make the fabric hand-feel softer, well-shaped, and the texture clear with anti-pilling(prevent pilling/fuzz ball/microfibrils) performance. This series of products can also be used for denim garments’(jeans)washing treatment(stonewashing/abrasion/fading/finishing), enabling features of fast reaction(flower), clearer look(flower area) and low back-staining. Application Guide 1、This product can be applied for different wet treatment processing, such as industrial washing machine,overflow machine, jetdyeing machine, and other machines with strong mechanical actions. 2、Application Process Suggestion Dosage: 0.5-2.5% owf Bath ratio: 1:4 - 1:15 Temperature: 40 - 60℃ (the most appropriate action temperature 50-55℃) pH value: 4 - 5.5 (best effect pH 4.5-5.0) Processing time: 20-60min 3、Enzyme Inactivation: Using sodium carbonate adjust solution pH to 9 - 9.5, Temperature 75 to 80℃, Running 10-15 minutes. Storage Enzyme is a kind of proteins of which the activity will be affected by high temperature and strong light. Therefore it shall be stored at 4-25℃ dry and ventilated place. Insolation and drench must be avoided. Shelf life Under suitable storage conditions, the liquid form enzyme can maintain activity at least 6 months, and the solid form enzyme can maintain activity at least 12 months. Expiration and or unsuitable storage conditions including high temperature will cause dosage increase. Transportation Enzyme is non-hazardous chemicals, which can be shipped as normal. Mixing and shipping together with hazardous and poisonous chemicals is prohibited. Avoid the direct sunshine and rain. Avoid stress, load and unload lightly.
