This Alpha-Amylase(180000IU) is bacterial amylase featuring heat stable and concentrated, mainly suitable for textile de-sizing, which can break down the starch and derivative and blend sizing of starch/synthesis size, transfer the starch to dextrin, so make the later rinse process easier to be handled. Product Features 1、Adaptive temperature range is wide, which features good performance at 70-110℃, and has the best reaction temperature range 80-110℃. 2、 Suitable pH range is wide. There are good reaction performance between pH 5.0-9.0. The best operational pH range is between 5.0-8.0. 3、The starch degradation products are easy to be removed. 4、Reaction conditions are mild, which will not damage the fibers. 5、 Desizing speed is fast, and the efficiency is high. Application Guidelines 1、The performance will be better if combined with non-ionic surfactant. During desizing, we suggest using together with lubricating agent, which can reduce the formation of crease and lines. 2、 Applicable Process Parameter Dosage: 1.0-5.0g/L(dose shall base on different processing conditions). Storage Enzyme is a kind of proteins of which the activity will be affected by high temperature and strong light. Therefore it shall be stored at 4-25℃ dry and ventilated place. Insolation and drench must be avoided. Shelf life Under suitable storage conditions, the liquid form enzyme can maintain activity at least 6 months, and the solid form enzyme can maintain activity at least 12 months. Expiration and or unsuitable storage conditions including high temperature will cause dosage increase. Transportation Enzyme is non-hazardous chemicals, which can be shipped as normal.
