  1:Product Introduction
  Soluble colloidal substance play obvious drainage preventing action during production. Lerkam biological drainage enzyme is exclusively produced for papermaking industry pulp material fiber modification. Through selectively reducing the soluble colloidal substance in the pulp to reach the effect of drainage, this product has no hurt to fiber and very effective to pulp modification.
  2:Product Benefits:
  Greatly increase the drainage ability of recycled paper pulp, and have certain improvement towards pulp residue and finished paper evenness.
  Increase the paper machine operation speed.
  Increase the second/recycle fibre usage.s
  Reduce the wet part chemical usage.

  3:Dosing Point & Dosage
  After pulping, dose this product into jatex such as finished pulp tank, transfer tank, and auxiliary material tank,etc. Dose 50~250 gram/ton oven dry pulp. The optimum dosage must be determined according to factory’s actual specific conditions.
  4:Dosing Conditions
  Recommended reaction conditions: temperature 30~80℃, pH 4.5~8.0,reaction time 40~120min。
  5:Product Package and Storage
  Package spec.:200kg/drum(subject to customer request);storage temperature:0℃-25℃。
  6:Lab Evaluation
  Reaction condition 45℃、pH7.0, use lerkam drainage enzyme to treat domestic waste paper pulp 60 minutes. Inspect the drainage ability and strength of finished product after treatment, the test result is followed:
