      Application Instruction
  Thermo-stable amylase A25 is produced by deep submerged fermentation utilizing bacillus licheniformis and extraction/concentration, can randomly & rapidly hydrolyze α-1,4 glucoside bond in the starch molecule, quickly reduce starch syrup viscosity, named ” liquefaction” action, produce uniform short chain dextrin and small oligosaccharide. A25 can be widely used for liquefaction process of starch sugar, fermentation industry(such as amino acid, citric acid) which use starch bearing materials.
  1.Product Benefits
  Remarkable resistance to high temperature. The enzyme activity is high even if spray temperature reach 110℃。
  Low calcium dependency, no need to add extra calcium ion when use tap water or underground water during production.
  Excellent acid resistance. There is considerable calalytic efficiency when the pH lower to 5.0, and the applicable pH is commonly between 5.0-6.0.

  The performance has relationship with factors such as liquefaction flour/syrup viscosity, pH, spray temperature, laminar flow,etc.
  Dosage of A25 shall be determined according to specific conditions. In most cases, dose 0.30-0.60kg/tds(tds:ton dry substance), generally 0.40-0.50kg/tds will achieve ideal result. If the powder syrup concentration is very high, the spray temperature is very high, or pH is very low, then the dosage shall be increased.

 3.Product Package and Storage
  25kg/drum, 50kg/drum, also can be tailor made according to customer’s requirement. Product shall be sealed and stored under 4-25℃ & dry, ventilated, and cool place, avoid high temperature or direct sunlight, prevent from solarization and rain. Generally under the storage & transportation condition meeting specific requirements, liquid form product has shelf life of 6 months and the powder form 12 months.
