      Product Introduction
  This pectinase consist of raw pectinase pectin hydrolase and pectinesterase. It can decompose the pectin substance widely existing in plants and it is widely applied for the fields of juice processing, plant extraction, fruit wine brewing,etc.
  Product Characteristics
  Effective pH range is 2.0-6.0, the optimum reaction pH is 3.0-4.0
  Effective temperature range is 20-60℃, the optimum reaction temperature is 40-50℃.
  Technical Indicators
  Appearance: There are two forms including liquid and solid. The solid form is grey white to tawny powder, and the liquid form is dark brown. (There is a little color difference between different batches, but the difference does not represent the enzymes’ activity standard and does not affect the products’ using effect).
  Activity: not lower than the indicated activity.(liquid form 60000U/ml, and solid form 30000U/g- of which in the range the activity can be customized based on customer’s demand).
  Health Indicator: implement according to GB25594.
  Application Function
  When using for the juice processing, it can make the finished products avoid turbidity,sedimentation,etc, thereby give juice clean form and prolong the shelf life.
  Decompose large amount of pectin substance in the cell walls, reduce the viscosity, elevate the juice yield and speed up the filtration.
  When using it for the plant extraction, it can remove the pectin substance in the cell walls, release much more active ingredient and increase the yield.
  When adding the pectinase in fruit wine processing, it can elevate the production yield and improve the flavor and quality.
  Usage and Dosage
  Based on the activity 10000U/g or 10000U/ml pectinase, recommended dosage is 200-600g/ton raw material. For different industries, and different processing, the dosage is different, and the optimum dosage shall be determined through experiment.
  When using, dilute the enzyme with appropriate water and then add the diluted liquid into raw material.
 Storage and Shipment
  Products should be sealed and stored at 4-25℃ in shade,dry and ventilated place. Avoid the high temperature or direct sunshine during storage and shipment, and avoid solarization and rain. Mixing storage and shipment with hazardous and harmful materials is prohibited.
  In the condition of proper storage and complete unopened package, the enzyme’s shelf life of solid form is 12 months and the liquid form is 6 months.
 Precaution
  Enzymes are proteins. Inhalation of enzyme dust or aerosols can trigger allergic reaction for people with allergic constitution. Direct contact with some kinds of enzymes will stimulate the skin, eyes or mucous membrane. We suggest that workers wear clothes and glove with protective function and protective tools for eyes or face. If the enzymes comes into eyes,nose or mouth, immediately rinse thoroughly with clean water, and see a doctor if necessary.
