Reaction Mechanism L831 series betelnut softening special enzyme based on the structural feature of betel nut, selection of components and complete of cellulase and xylanase efficient enzyme preparation, by opening the plant cell wall, make the fiber structure of microcrystalline disruptions, high crystallinity and orientation degree of the cellulose degradation, thus achieve the goal of softening betel nut.
