High Temperature Resistant Phytase Phytase is a general term for catalyzing phytic acid and its salts to hydrolyze inositol and phosphoric acid (salts),it belongs phosphoric acid monoester hydrolase 1.Products Function Increase the utilization of phosphorus, reduce the feed cost by replacing some inorganic phosphorus or other phosphorus sources in feed. Improve the utilization rate of nutrients such as starch, protein, amino acids and trace elements in the diet. Effectively reducing the emission of phosphorus and organic matter in livestock and poultry, also reducing the content of bad gas in the culture environment, beneficial to environmental protection. It can effectively avoid fluorosis and heavy metal poisoning caused by adding low quality inorganic phosphorus feed, improved the safety of feeding. It can reduce the acid content of feed, help maintain the pH environment of lower digestive tract of livestock and poultry, improve the digestibility of feed for young animals and reduce the incidence of diarrhea. 2. Product Characteristics It has good high temperature resistance. When treated at 95℃ for 5mins, the enzyme activity remained at a high level, indicating that the conventional feed pellet process had little effect on the enzyme activity; Wide range of the pH adaptation, and the pH range of relative activity over 50% is between 3.0-6.0; The best pH value is 4.5, it is more suitable for the role in pig stomach, poultry stomach and crop; Temperature resistance characteristics:

3.Recommended additions According to different feed formula or different levels of phytic acid and phosphorus in feed, take 5000U/g as a unit of calculation, it is recommended to add 100 to 200g(mL) in full price per ton of feed. Specific dosage can be increased according to feed formula and animal age. 4.Products Package and Storage 30Kg/bucket、200Kg/bucket, can customizable according to customer requirements. The products should be sealed and stored at 4~25 ℃ to dry, ventilated, shady place, avoid direct exposure to high temperature or sunlight, insolation and rain. Usually, the shelf life of solid products is 12 months in accordance with the requirements of storage and transportation.
