After treatment,the surface of fabrics made from cotton or celluosic fiber is hand-feel soft and textural clearly, and the denim fabric/garments is clearly towards flower(abrasion/fade) point, strong stereoscopic,low back-staining and obvious indigo-white contrast. Application Process Suggestion Dosage: 0.2-2.0% owf Bath ratio: 1:4 - 1:15 Temperature: 40 - 60℃ PH value: 5.0 - 7.0 Processing time: 30-120min Enzyme Inactivation: Using sodium carbonate solution and adjust pH to 9 - 9.5, Temperature 80℃, running 10-15 minutes. Storage Enzyme is a kind of proteins of which the activity will be affected by high temperature and strong light. Therefore it shall be stored at 4-25℃ dry and ventilated place. Insolation and drench must be avoided. Shelf life Under suitable storage conditions, the liquid form enzyme can maintain activity at least 6 months, and the solid form enzyme can maintain activity at least 12 months. Expiration and or unsuitable storage conditions including high temperature will cause dosage increase. Transportation Enzyme is non-hazardous chemicals, which can be shipped as normal.
