Application Guideline Cellulase is the generic terms (general name) of one group of enzymes (enzyme families)which degrade cellulose to glucose/dextrose. Commonly speaking, in the cellulase, multi-enzyme-constituents(enzyme families) include exo-glucanases, endo-glucanases, and cellobiases. The content proportions(how much of each enzyme family contained) of three kinds of enzyme families from different resources are not the same, therefore the last apparent enzyme activities have differences also.
