      Product Introduction
  Lerkam’s cellulase as food additive is produced and refined through liquid submerged fermentation and advanced downstream processing utilizing Trichoderma reesei.  This enzyme mainly consisted of endo-β-1,4-glucanases,  exo-glucanases, and beta-glucosidases, etc, of which the poly-components synergize to degrade the cellulose into short chain fiber, oligosaccharides with different lengths, cellobiose and glucose.
  Product Characteristics
  Effective pH range is 3.5-7.5, optimum pH range 4.5-5.5
  Effective temperature range is 30-75℃, optimum temperature range 45-60℃
 Technical Indicators
  Appearance: There are two forms of liquid and solid. The solid form product is white to tawny powder, and the liquid form product is amber or tawny color. (There is a little color difference between different batches, but the difference does not represent the enzymes’ activity standard and does not affect the products’ using effect).
  Activity: not lower than the indicated activity.(can be customized within range that liquid form act at 10000IU/ml, and the solid form act at 20000IU/g).
  Application Scope
  This product can be widely applied for food fermentation, fruit & vegetable juice processing, plant material extraction, soy processing, starch extraction, tobacco improvement and instant tea production.
  Use Method
  Count upon  5000IU/mL(or 5000IU/g)cellulase, recommended dosage is 0.5-2.5g/KG raw material dry weight. For different industries, and different processing, the dosage is different, and the optimum dosage shall be determined through experiment.
  When using, dilute the enzyme with appropriate water and then add it into raw material.
  Storage and Shipment
  Products should be sealed and stored at 4-25℃ in shade,dry and ventilated place. Avoid the high temperature or direct sunshine during storage and shipment, and avoid solarization and rain. Mixing storage and shipment with hazardous and harmful materials is prohibited.
  In the condition of proper storage and complete unopened package, the enzyme’s shelf life of solid form is 12 months and the liquid form is 6 months.
  Precaution
  Enzymes are proteins. Inhalation of enzyme dust or aerosols can trigger allergic reaction for people with allergic constitution. Direct contact with some kinds of enzymes will stimulate the skin, eyes or mucous membrane. We suggest that workers wear clothes and glove with protective function and protective tools for eyes or face. If the enzymes comes into eyes,nose or mouth, immediately rinse thoroughly with clean water, and see a doctor if necessary.
  Please timely seal the package if the package is opened and can not use up the product.
