       Product Introduction
  This product is the medium temperature alpha-amylase manufactured and refined through submerged fermentation and advanced downstream processing adapting safe and efficient strains by Lerkam,which can rapidly reduce the viscosity of starch and hydrolyze starch to produce dextrin, oligosaccharide(oligose),maltose,and glucose(dextrose).
  Product Characteristics
  This product react effectively in pH range 5.0-7.5
  It has excellent thermostable property.
  Product’s Functions
  Starch is the main source of unit animal energy. Amylase can improve the digestion rate of starch, which produces conspicuous affection to the energy utilization rate by animals.
  Young animals is in shortage of amylase secreted by themselves due to growing immaturity of digestive system.  So the addition of amylase can boost starch’s digestion and absorption, the produced oligose can boost the health of animal intestinal canal, adjust the immune reaction, and enhance animal health and productivity.

  Appearance: granular powder with beige or tawny color(different batches may have tiny colors’ difference, but have no affection on activity and performance)
  Moisture(water content)≤8.0%
  Activity: not lower than indicated activity.
  Activity Definition
  In the condition of 60C,pH6.0, enzyme usage needed for liquefaction of 1gram soluble starch during 1 hour is a activity unit.
  Usage and Dosage
  Base on medium alpha-amylase of 1000U/g(ml), recommend add 100-200g(ml) per ton of complete formula feed material. The appropriate dosage can be determined with feed formula and animal age in days.
  Storage and Shipment
  Products must stored at 4-25℃ in dry,ventilated, and shady place avoiding the high temperature, direct sunlight, insolation and rain.
  Prohibit to store and ship the products together with the poisonous or hazardous materials.
  Shelf Life
  Usually with condition of complying with specific requirement on storage and shipment, the shelf life of the liquid form is 6 months, and the solid granular powder is 12 months.
  Precaution
  For the enzyme is protein, inhalation of enzyme dust or mist/aerosol will stimulate the allergic reaction of persons with allergic physique.  Avoid contacting with skins, eyes, or mucous membrane, otherwise rinse the contact area with lots of clean water immediately, and please see a doctor if necessary.
